Meet Skarlett, a Venezuelan trans woman who migrated due to the complex socioeconomic situation in her country. She has been residing in Colombia for the last three years and is a patient of Americares in the city of Santa Marta, where she receives help and has access to general medicine, mental health and medicine supply at no cost.
